These insoles are comfortable. I took some getting used to at first because they’re thicker than my previous ones, making my shoes feel pretty tight. But after a few days, they felt fine. They really give my arches great support; I stand all day at the studio wearing these and my feet don't ache anymore. I also notice the heel support when I go for a run, my feet don't feel as tired. I am excited to see how they perform over time.

I could immediately feel the bounce the moment I stepped on it! The insole feels really responsive and comfortable, especially when walking or moving around. Definitely gives my steps a more energetic and cushioned feel. Keep it up! 💪🔥
