No Refunds
All purchases from Rebound Lab are non-refundable.
Size Exchange
We accept size exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product.
Each order is eligible for one size exchange only. Once a size exchange has been completed, no further size exchanges will be accepted.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unworn and unused.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The size sticker attached to both insoles must remian intact and must not be removed until you have confirmed that the size fits correctly.
- Once the size sticker has been removed, the product will no longer be eligible for a size exchange.
Shipping Fees for Size Exchange
For an approved size exchange:
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping fee to send the original product back to Rebound Lab.
- Replacement shipping: Rebound Lab will cover the delivery fee for sending the exchanged product to the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
